We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to people who reach out.
- Contact data you send us by email: name, email address, the contents of your message, anything you choose to attach.
- Application data for open roles: CV, portfolio links, professional history, and any supporting context you share.
- Technical data generated automatically when you visit: IP address, user agent, referring page, request timestamps. Used to operate and secure the site.
We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or social pixels on this site.
03 — How we use it
- To reply to your message and continue the conversation.
- To evaluate applications for open roles and stay in touch about future ones.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations applicable to us.
04 — Legal basis
Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), we process personal data on the following bases:
- Consent, when you reach out to us voluntarily or apply for a role.
- Legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the website.
- Legal obligation, when we are required to retain or disclose information.
06 — Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to our relationship and up to ten years where required for accounting purposes. Application data is retained for up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Technical logs are rotated regularly and retained for no more than ninety days.
07 — Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or your local supervisory authority.
